The Company has secured a 20-year exclusive contract to develop, build and manage SinoPEC’s gas card brand management program and Sincere Appreciation Customer Loyalty program. The Company develops, markets and manages unique payment card applications programs, strategic and tactical brand management programs and specialized customer services for SinoPEC, China’s largest corporation with $102 billion in 2005 sales and ranks top 30 on the Fortune 500 Global list. SinoPEC currently enjoys owning approximately 67% of the oil and gas retail market with 32,000 gas stations nationwide. There are more than 35 million cars and trucks on the road in China, with automobile growing 13% in 2006. SinoPEC’s market share represents an estimated 24 million autos and trucks in a sector with one of the most aggressive growth rates in the world. As of February 2007, eChinaCash had 17 million cards, with the Company estimating 24 million cards by yearend and 34 million cards by the end of 2008. This year the Company plans to introduce ‘marketing sponsorships partnership with global brand names” to cross-promote with SinoPEC and take advantage of the huge advertising spending resulting from the 2008 Beijing Olympics and the 2010 Chinese World Fair. In January 2005 eCC entered into a strategic alliance with China Life Insurance Company. China Life manages more than 120 million insurances policies and is considered China’s largest insurance and financial services company. China Life also has 13,000 offices , where in addition to life insurance it markets financial instruments as well as other insurance coverage. As of November 2006 eCC and China Life went into the full development of a “high net-worth, most affluent customer” VIP China Life Card program that is targeted to China Life’s most affluent policy holders (top 20%) or 24 million life insurance policy holders.
