MS. CORA YUN WONG
Cora is a resident of Beijing China and is board member of SOCOM8 S.A. and Managing Dire- China. Ms. Wong joined SOCOM8 S.A. as the Managing Director for China for her expertise in world finance, industry relations, the Chinese government, and Public Relations. She is also a Senior Consultant and Advisor to CITIC Group, JJ&B Investment Bank and other highly prominent companies across several industries.

WALTER RICHARDS
Walter’s career began in 1970 upon undergraduate graduation with his entry into the commercial banking industry where during a fourteen year period he was employed in various capacities ranging from management trainee to Vice President. His primary emphasis and experience during this period was in the Commercial Lending arena, dealing with a broad range of Corporate and Small Business entities. His last assignment in this industry was heading up one of Allied Bank of Texas’ two major loan committees and handling a 200 million USD loan portfolio with a primary client base in the Broadcast and Cable Industries. Walter is currently Chief Financial Officer of eChinaCash based in Beijing.

Mr. Matt Ocko
Matt Ocko has over two decades of experience as a technology entrepreneur, operating executive, and venture capitalist. As a General Partner of VantagePoint Venture Partners, Mr. Ocko built the firm’s semiconductor and several other practices and helped raise over $2 billion for two VantagePoint funds. He was also responsible for creating VantagePoint’s integrated IT and deal management platform. Prior to VantagePoint, Mr. Ocko was a founding General Partner of SOFTBANK Technology Ventures, where he was one of three partners who raised the original $320 million fund and led a number of its successful investments. Prior to STV, Mr. Ocko ran the Silicon Valley operations of Helix Investments while a Partner there. Mr. Ocko has invested in and/or served on the boards of a number of successful companies including OpenText Corporation (NASDAQ: OTEX), DataMirror (NASDAQ: DMCX), SupportSoft (NASDAQ: SPRT), CriticalPath (NASDAQ: CPTH), VxTreme (acquired by Microsoft, NASDAQ: MSFT), Prio (acquired by InfoSpace, NASDAQ: INSP), Planet U (acquired by Transora), Zip2 (acquired by Compaq, NYSE: HPQ), Verisign (NASDAQ: VRSN), Alantro (acquired by Texas Instruments, NYSE: TXN), nDSP (acquired by Pixelworks, NASDAQ: PXLW), UltraDNS (acquired by NeuStar, NYSE: NSR), and 3Ware (acquired by AMCC, NASDAQ: AMCC). More recently, Mr. Ocko was the co-founder and CTO of Teneros, where he led the development of the company’s technology and raised over $45 million in financing with his co-founder from firms including NEA and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Ocko also has been an advisor to and/or seed investor in a number of successful venture-backed startups, including ones acquired by Cisco and EMC, and he has served for over a decade as an advisor to the Peoples’ Republic of China on venture capital and technology issues. Mr. Ocko has a degree in Physics from Yale University.

Mr. Victor Zhikai Gao
Most recently, Mr. Victor Zhikai Gao has served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of CNOOC Limited, a major oil company listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange and NYSE. Mr. Gao holds a J.D. degree from Yale Law School (1993), a M.A. degree in Political Science from Yale Graduate School (1990), a M.A. degree in English Literature from Beijing University of Foreign Studies, and a B.A. degree in English Literature from Soochow University. Mr. Gao is a licensed attorney-at-law in the State of New York. Mr. Gao has extensive working experience involving major transactions in China and Hong Kong, as a lawyer, an investment banker, and a senior corporate officer, including domestic transactions in China as well as cross-border transactions, and including M&A, IPO, VC and other transactions. After graduating from Yale Law School in 1993, Mr. Gao practiced securities law with Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy in New York. Between 1994 and 1999 when he joined the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, Mr. Gao was Vice President of Morgan Stanley Asia in the M&A practice and was seconded by Morgan Stanley to China International Capital Corporation where he served as General Manager of Investment Banking Department, Head of M&A practice and Head of Hong Kong IBD. Prior to joining CNOOC Limited, Mr. Gao worked with two major Hong Kong conglomerates, PCCW and Henderson Land. At PCCW, Mr. Gao was Executive Director for China as well as Director of Venture Capital Department and M&A Department. At Henderson, Mr. Gao was Executive Director (China) and was involved in major business transactions in China in property, infrastructure and IPO investment.
